| Objective:focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(Focal segmental glomurular sclerosis nephropathy,FSGS)is a common clinical pathological types of glomerular diseases,with podocyte degeneration,glomerular capillary loop occlusion and extracellular matrix increased,endothelial cells and mesangial cells,renal segmental hyperplasia and a series of fibrosis lesions characterized by hematuria,proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome as the main clinical manifestations,toward the development of end-stage renal disease.The disease is common in children with glomerular disease,the incidence of adults accounted for about 8% of all primary glomerular disease.Western medicine therapy aims to control blood pressure,anticoagulation,proteinuria and prevent atherosclerosis development,one of the effective means of the use of corticosteroids is the treatment of the disease,but nearly half of the patients after the treatment with glucocorticoid is useless or have obvious side effects.Related researches show that Chinese medicine has a good effect in ameliorating the symptoms and signs of FSGS patients,delaying the progression of the disease,improving the quality of life of patients,especially with its unique advantages in the control of proteinuria.Subjects and methods: collected from September 2012 to November 2016 from Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital inpatient and outpatient kidney specialist medical records of patients underwent renal biopsy in other hospital were diagnosed as FSGS,and the exclusion of secondary factors,age more than 18 years,the TCM four diagnostic methods that belong to the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin.Taking orally Shenqi Dihuang decoction or(and)combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy was a total of 40,including the use of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 17 cases,23 cases of the total accept the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine basic therapy combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on reduction.Urine routine monitoring,24 hour urine protein quantity and safety indicators(blood lipids,serum albumin,serum creatinine and so on),record the patient’s symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,the indexes through comparison and analysis of statistics,using SPSS version 21 statistical software for statistical data and evaluating the treatment effect of proteinuria.Results: the self contrast method was adopted to compare the indexes before and after treatment.According to TCM quantitative score of the focal segmental sclerosis kidney qi and yin deficiency type,the total effective rate is 67.5%,the control group was 47.06%,the effective rate of treatment group 78.26%,There was statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The TCM syndrome integral of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05);there was statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment of 24 hours urinary protein,blood lipid,serum albumin by self comparison(p<0.05).Conclusion: the decoction of Shenqidihuang combined with basic treatment of FSGS can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect is higher than the control group,and can regulate lipid metabolism,reduce urinary protein,increase plasma albumin,improve the quality of life of patients,is a safe treatment method,which shows the advantages of combining traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. |
