| Objective:To investigate the effect of Qianggubao prescription on female acetabular bone mineral density after the cementless total hip arthroplasty,and to provide effective gui-dance for clinical improvement of the total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Fifty patients who met the criteria for inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from the Fuzhou Second Hospital,2015.12 to 2016.08.Fifty patients were div-ided into two groups:the Qiaiggubao group and the control group.Patients in the two groups were treated with Caltrate D and Rocaltrol.1 week after operation began to take the oral Chi-nese medicine Qianggubao prescription,daily 1,for 3 months.The two groups were treated with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry,and the hip function was measured at 1 week after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation.The hip function score was evaluated and the comprehensive effect was evaluated.Results:A total of 47 cases of complete follow-up were obtained.There was no signify-cant difference of the bone mineral density between two groups(P>0.05).The Bone mineral density of the two groups declined significantly,the ? region bone mass around Acetabulum Prosthesis of the Qianggubao group was superior to the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference at other regions between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically sign-ificant differrences in hip function scores between the two groups at 6 months after operation.Conclusion:The oral Chinese medicine Qianggubao prescription can effectively reduce the decrease of bone mineral density around acetabulum prosthesis after the treatment of the cementless total hip arthroplasty,prevent the reduction of bone mass around the acetabular component,prevent the loosening of the hip prosthesis,maintain the stability of artificial hip prosthesis is of great significance,and safe,effective,inexpensive,worthy of clinical appli-cation. |
