Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior And Influence Factors Of Folic Acid Supplement Of Different Populations In Anhui Province

Objective: To investigate the knowledge,attitude,behavior and influence factors of folic acid supplement of different populations in Anhui province.To explore the influence factors of awareness rate of folic acid,folic acid taking rate and folic acid compliance rate in Anhui province and provide basis for further intervention.Method: A stratified clustered sample method was used,Five cities were drawn from southern Anhui,central Anhui and northern Anhui region.The questionnaire survey was adopted to know the knowledge,attitude,behavior of folic acid supplement of different populations.Object of investigation include general women of childbearing age,among premarital care clients and pregnant women.Survey content includes the knowledge,attitude,behavior and influence factors of folic acid supplement.Use Epi Data3.1 software to build the database and perform double entry and consistency check,SPSS16.0 software for statistical description and statistical inference after inputting the data.Result: The total awareness rate of related knowledge of folic acid supplement was 38.8%,respondents,urban and rural areas,gender,age,marital status,educational level,family size and occupation were related to the total rate of folic acid.In the case of knowledge of folic acid supplementation,72.1% of people know the role of taking folic acid,56.0% of people know the correct dose of folic acid,29.2% of people know the best time to eat folic acid.Most of the subjects with folic acid supplement knowledge are obtained from medical staff and then obtained from relatives and friends.The correct attitude of folic acid supplementation was 88.0%,The reasons that pregnant women think no need to take folic acid,"Do not know what the benefits of folic acid" was the highest proportion,after that were "Daily food will be able to meet the nutritional needs"and"Drugs on the fetus is not good".The influencing factors include area,knowledge of folic acid knowledge and attitude of folic acid supplementation.Pregnant women folic acid compliance rate was 77.7%,The influencing factors include area,age,knowledge of folic acid knowledge and attitude of folic acid supplementation.Conclusion: The awareness rate of folic acid in Anhui province was at a low level,the knowledge of folic acid supplementation is not comprehensive enough,pregnant women who take an incorrect attitude with folic acid,understand the reason for its production,improve the efficiency of publicity and education,Folic acid taking rate and compliance rate with the level of knowledge of folic acid in pregnant women,folic acid added attitude and the area.
