The Study Of The Efficiency Of Medical Service In Community Health Service Center

ObjectiveThis paper aims to evaluate the medical service efficiency of community health service centers in Guangzhou,analyze the relevant literatures on the study of medical service efficiency,analyze the status quo of community health service centers,summarize existing problems through the data analysis,and improve the management system of community health service centers for the government,To make a certain policy recommendations;to improve theefficiency of community health service center to provide recommendations for medical services;the same time,can be used to guide patients to form a correct concept of medical treatment,so that minor illness into the community,incurable diseases into the top three,reduce the cost of treatment,effectiveness.MethodsIn this paper,through the literature research,Delphi method,field investigation three rounds of screening to determine the impact of community health service center in Guangzhou City,the effectiveness of medical services evaluation indicators,the use of descriptive statistical analysis of input indicators and output indicators.The CCR and BCC models in the data envelopment analysis model are used to calculate the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 16 sample units.The calculation results are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forwardResultsAmong the 16 Guangzhou Community Health Service Centers,the comprehensive efficiency,purely technical efficiency and scale efficiency were stable in the whole situation in 2011 and 2015,among which the comprehensive efficiency and purely technical efficiency were on the rise and the scale efficiency decreased.Five years,DEA effective community health service center average of 55%,an average of 45%of the community health service center in a non-DEA effective state.ConclusionGuangzhou community health service center operating efficiency is low,nearly half of the community health service center in the low efficiency of service,the Government should increase investment in community health service centers,including financial,human,policy,medical resources and other inputs;To strengthen the scientific management of community health service centers,including the establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system,to strengthen the general practitioners of personnel training,improve the medical team’s business level;improve the primary health care system,that is,improve our primary health care system and improve Medical Insurance System of Primary Medical Institutions in.At the same time,should be a correct view of the community health service center in the overall efficiency of the service is low,some institutions put into the situation of redundancy,is related to China’s national conditions,to be further development andimprovement.
