Background: Since the 70 s of last century,autologous fat transplantation has been applied to the areas of cosmetic surgery,such as treatment of facial depression,breast augmentation surgery,etc.In 1893,Neuber firstly reported the fill of upper arm fat transplantation face case.With the promotion of technology,autologous fat transplantation and gradually used in the reconstruction of cancer,scleroderma,severe wrinkles,repair the scar and other fields.Autologous fat transplantation,refers to the body’s own fat rich site,with some method of suction of adipose tissue,and then use some methods as pure fat particles,which injected into the need to change the defective part,by adipose tissue hyperplasia,so as to improve a surgical method by morphology.Many domestic scholars suggest that the promotion of fat graft internal blood supply reconstruction,obtain the effective blood perfusion of tissue,shorten the period of low blood fat tissue,to provide protection for all kinds of cytokines,can promote preadipocyte differentiation into adipocytes,to improve graft survival has important significance.Early establishment of blood supply is essential for the survival of transplanted fat.Therefore,many scholars use various cytokines to promote early revascularization of fat grafts,however,there is uncertainty about the loss of cytokines and the time of action.Objective: To research the effect of estrogen and estrogen replacement therapy on the survival of fat transplantation.Methods and Results: 40 rats were sacrificed and bilateral ovariectomy was performed on the bilateral incision.The vaginal discharge was taken for one week,and the estrous cycle disappeared.The rats were randomly divided into four groups according to their weight.Estrogen replacement group A(n = 10): ovariectomy followed by estradiol benzoate replacement;estrogen replacement group B(n = 10): ovarian resection of fat before transplantation was not replaced,after transplantation benzoic acid(N = 10):Estrogen replacement group was treated with estrogen instead of estrogen instead of female Hormone application.After estrogen replacement and saline control for 45 days,the levels of estrogen were measured.2-3 ml of inguinal adipose tissue was extracted under aseptic operation.After centrifugation,the rats were transplanted into the back of SD rats.The rats were followed up for 45 days.After 45 days,the rats were sacrificed and the grafts were sacrificed.The expression of VEGF and estrogen receptor α was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The effect of transplantation was observed by HE staining.Conclusion: Estrogen can promote the expression of estrogen receptor α,estrogen through the receptor and promote the expression of VEGF,VEGF can be used to achieve the survival of adipose tissue,Promote microvascular production in transplanted adipose.Fat transplantation after estrogen replacement therapy,does not help the re-vascularization of adipose tissue;postmenopausal rats after fat transplantation,the fat volume retained more,but the vascular density compared with estrogen replacement is lower,long-term survival effect As estrogen replacement group;preoperative application of estrogen,superior to postoperative application of estrogen.
