Purpose:In the severe incidence of high incidence of colorectal cancer,the level of diagnosis and treatment for colorectal cancer in China has improved,especially traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of it.By comparing the different syndromes(virtual and real)and tumor pathologic staging of colorectal cancer patients,and intestinal epithelial cell polarity factor(Hugl-1/Podocalyxin)expression characteristics of different tissues in different distance and different syndrome types,pathological staging,explore the influence of different syndromes on the microenvironment of colorectal cancer and the development and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Hence therefore,this study may can provide an effective biological basis for TCM dialectical treatment of colorectal cancer in southern China.It also may be possible to provide accurate medicine of traditional Chinese and western for patients with colorectal cancer at different stages,to improve the quality of life and survival rate of colorectal cancer patients.Research methods:In this study,41 cases of colorectal cancer patients were collected(no esophageal metastasis and distant metastasis in 23 cases of non-metastatic group,18 patients with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis).Clinical research part:by analyzing the relationship between different symptoms(deficiency,real)and different pathological stages(?/?,?/?),find the link.Experimental part:cut the sample in the foci,foci from the foci 5cm,10cm away from the foci tissue,and named 1,2,3 samples in turn.Then observe the differences of the expression of polar macrophages in intestinal epithelial cells,hugl-1 and podocalyxin,in different syndromes,different staging and different position byparaffin sections,HE staining and immunohistochemistry.Finally,use software to image data and use statistical means to explore the laws and conclusions.Result:1.The virtual in the case of postoperative pathology prompted cancer patients to metastases accounted for the main proportion(78%),while the early stage of disease in patients with deficiency and the proportion of evidence is almost no difference.But the actual symptoms and tumor staging does not exist the inevitable link(P = 0.05);2.The expression level of Hugl-1 protein in the foci of the frontal carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the expression level of Hugl-1 protein was significantly correlated with the lymph node or distant metastasis(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The expression of Hugl-1 protein in the foci(site 1)was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the expression level of Hodl-1 protein was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)Was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Righteousness and lack of lymphoma or distant metastasis of colorectal cancer cells have a certain correlation;2.Hugl-1 protein in the development and even metastasis of colorectal cancer play an inhibitory effect;3.Podocalyxin protein expression abnormalities to promote the occurrence of colorectal cancer and promote cancer cell migration.
