| China has become an aging society, and an increasing number of elderly people have to receive surgical treatment because of various diseases occurring in high frequency. The pain caused by surgery is another blow and danger for the elderly people with the underlying disease.Consciously use postoperative pain law of early intervention in the elderly patients can reflect humanistic care, improve patient comfort, ease the pain, and effectively reduce the induced rate of all kinds of basic diseases. Thus, the perioperative period for elderly patients was escorted. In the most common pain assessment, the level of orthopaedic caused pain is relatively high. But the doctors, nurses and patients’ families don’t pay closer attention to the surgical pain of those patients, especially in elderly patients with postoperative, moderately severe pain.It is likely the pain become the inducing factors of the disease for their own.In this study, based on clinical practice,we tested the effect of early post operation pain interventions on reducing basic diseases rate in elderly orthopedics patients. We chose clinical 2015-2016 of 200 elderly male patients(100 for painful interventions, and 100 for passive, irregular pain interventions, respectively)between the ages of 60-75 with lower limb fractures. The patients has the merger of coronary heart disease or high blood pressure.Pain score for each cases is higher than moderate.Samples were divided into experimental group with early post operation pain intervention and control group with passive pain control.Early post operation pain intervention group was treated by the postoperative pain pump plus oral medicine,i.e,150mg buxaine injection delivered bypain pump. The analgesic pump was removed 3 days afteroperation and converted to 500mg q6h oral.Passive irregular pain interventions were conducted bygiving analgesic pain relief, and oral pharmacophenol codeine for 500mg.Through observation and measurement blood pressure heart rate action in chief, the impact of two different interventions on the underlying disease was analyzed. Conclusion:early regular control for pain in elderly patients with orthopaedic postoperative pain intervention improve the patients comfort, relieve pain, moreover, todecrease the rate of basic diseases induced has certain inhibitory effect. |
