| ObjectiveTUINA as a kind of effective,simple traditional therapy,is widely applied in the treatment of various diseases in clinic,but the research on TUINA is mostly stay in the research on the curative effect of disease,and less mentioned technique of basic research,such as technique of operation time,frequency,reaction,etc.,thus the lack of a systematic study.One-finger scrubbing as one of the representative of the TUINA technique,also rarely mentioned the effects of different doses of stimulation(intensity)on disease when using the technique,such as the factor of acting force,the level of the force is not explicitly defined,to determine the influence degree of the acting force on the curative effect of one-finger scrubbing.Therefore,this research will begin from acting force,which attempts to explore the curative effect of forces on one-finger scrubbing,through one-finger scrubbing of comparing the curative effect difference between the light and heavy technique in the treatment of asthenia constipation,to explore the effect of reinforcing and reducing methods of one-finger scrubbing and get a set of reliable and practical effective force data,thus provide reference for standardization and quantity efficiency of one-finger scrubbing and other TUINA,which used for clinical treatment.Methods60 patients who diagnosed with asthenia constipation were selected,cases are mainly collected in acupuncture clinic and TUINA clinic of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of chinese medicine,etc.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,to use one-finger scrubbing of light pressure and heavy pressure to treat the same group of acupoints respectively,each acupoint were treated for two minutes and three times a week of every other day,six times for a course of treatment and two courses of treatment in total.Cleveland constipation score system(CCS)and constipation patients quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)were used to score.To observe the changes of symptoms before and after treatment,and then compared the curative effect before and after treatment.Acupoint selection are as follows:Hegu(double),ditch(double),Zhongwan,Xiawan,Shangjuxu(double),Tianshu(double).Resultsafter 2 courses of treatment,analyzed data before and after the treatment by using spss20.0 statistical software and analyzed the scores’ compare before and after the treatment by using the rank sum test.1.Cleveland constipation scoring systemCompare within groups:Light pressure treatment group before and after treatment were compared with P<0.01,suggesting that the research has statistical significance,it is illustrated that testers’ symptoms improved obviously;the treatment of heavy pressure group before and after treatment were compared with P>0.05,no significant difference.Comparison among groups:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment of P<0.01.This study shows that the treatment effect of the.two groups have obvious difference.2.constipation patients quality of life scaleCompare within groups:Light pressure treatment group before and after treatment were compared with P<0.01,suggesting that the research has statistical significance,it is illustrated that testers’ symptoms improved obviously;the treatment of heavy pressure group before and after treatment were compared with P>0.05,no significant difference;Comparison among groups:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment of P<0.01.This study shows that the treatment effect of the two groups have obvious difference.ConclusionThrough clinical experiment,light pressure pushing manipulation with one finger treating asthenia constipation has a good effect,can improve the patient’s symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients;and the heavy pressure pushing manipulation with one finger without obvious curative effect in treating asthenia constipation,and may aggravate the disease. |
