The Investigation And Analysis On Quality Of Rural Primary Medical Service In Tangshan City

With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,though the main contradictions of our society have been effectively alleviated,the gap between China’s urban and rural areas,rural residents,"expensive,difficult to see a doctor," the phenomenon is still very serious.In the context of new rural cooperative medical care,the status and role of rural primary health care institutions have been greatly improved and the level of rural health has been improved.However,responsibility of the county,township,village three medical service network is very different.For example,county-level medical institutions are mainly responsible for hospitalization and treatment of serious illness,township medical institutions to some frequently-occurring disease,township medical institutions are based on some frequently-occurring diseases,common disease treatment.Therefore,the quality of service of rural primary health care institutions is directly related to the living health of rural residents.It is of great practical significance to study the satisfaction of rural residents to primary health care institutions and to improve the quality of service and improve their status and role in rural primary health care institutions.Based on the research status of medical institutions both at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of rural primary health care institutions in Tangshan City,Hebei Province,this paper summarizes the four main factors influencing the service quality of rural primary health care institutions: primary health care institutions,medical staff,The use of drugs and the health care system.Secondly,according to the four main influencing factors,the questionnaire was designed to obtain the first-hand data of rural residents’ satisfaction with primary health care institutions in Tangshan City,Hebei Province.Based on the basic descriptive statistical analysis and data mining,this paper analyzes the basic situation of rural residents and the establishment of structural equation model,and then finds out the influencing factors of rural primary health care service quality.The results show,Compared with the hardware facilities of the village health room,the rural residents pay more attention to the village clinics and the medical staff to improve the technical level;To improve the quality of service in township hospitals,we must fully coordinate the development of hardware and software facilities,especially the overall level of medical personnel to improve.According to the specific requirements putting forward by the rural residents to the village health room and the township hospitals,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the medical institutions,the medical personnel,the use of drugs and the medical security system.
