Observation The Clinical Effect Of Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Of Stagnated Heat Of Gallbladder And Stomach Syndrome By Clearing Away Heat And Eliminating Dampness,Smoothing Gallbladder And Harmonizing Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating bile reflux gastritis of stagnated heat of gallbladder and stomach syndrome by clearing away heat and eliminating dampness,smoothing gallbladder and harmonizing stomach.Methods:Sixty patients with bile reflux gastritis of stagnated heat of gallbladder and stomach syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,30 patients of each group.Those cases were collected from Department of Gastroenterology Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient department of general internal medicine and the spleen and stomach and clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from April 2016 to December 2016.The treatment group was treated with ChaiHuXianXiong tonga taste;The control group was treated with Mosapride tables combined with Hydrotalcid tables.After eight weeks treatment,the improvement of symptoms were contrasted.The changes of their TCM symptoms were observated,the score of each symptom and total score of all symptoms were calculated and the database of all cases was established,using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to evaluate.Results:After eight weeks treatment,the symptoms of patients in treatment group have been improved,the symptoms of patients in the control group have also been improved except the symptom of the tongue coating.Comparison between the two groups,the main symptoms including epigastric burning pain and mouth pain and dry of the patients in treatment group have improved better than that in the control group.As for the the minor symptoms of sour regurgitation,irritability,tongue and pulse,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Above all,in the treatment group,2 cases were cured,13 cases were evidently effective,13 cases were effective and 2 cases were invalid,the cured percentage of 30 cases was 6.6%,the curative percentage was 50%,the total effective percentage was 93.3%;in the control group,1 case was cured,11 cases were evidently effective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the cured percentage of 30 cases was 3.3%.The effective percentage was 40%,the total effective percentage was 93.3%;There was no evidently difference between the two groups in the recovery rate and effective rate,but the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of the stagnated heat of gallbladder and stomach syndrome of bile reflux gastritis(BRG),using the method of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness,smoothing gallbladder and harmonizing stomach has a good effect.
