Study On The Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe On Intestinal Micro Ecological Side Effects Of Omeprazole In Patients With Peptic Ulcer

Ojective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of peptic ulcer with Yiqi Huoxu Recipe,and to study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on the side effects of omeprazole i patients with peptic ulcer.From the perspective of intestinal flora,to explore the essence of Yiq Huoxue Decoction in treating peptic ulcer with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.The use of basi modern technology research of traditional Chinese medicine,to confirm the advantages o Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer,so as to promote its application,find a nev way for the study of Chinese medicine.Methods:The western medicine group the subject setting,western medicine and traditiona Chinese medicine group,healthy group,10 cases in each group,all from the Department o gastroenterology outpatient and inpatient hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Suzhou Cit through gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis of peptic ulcer,TCM is Qi deficiency and bloo stasis.All the cases were evaluated according to the diagnostic criteria(the diagnostic criteria o traditional Chinese and Western Medicine),the symptoms of peptic ulcer and the standard o quantitative classification.All cases were treated with a course of 8 weeks.Before treatment western medicine group and Western medicine + traditional Chinese medicine group were examined by electronic gastroscopy,Hp,and so on,at the same time,to the symptom classification and quantitative score and fecal specimens were collected for bacterial detection.After treatment,the treatment group was examined by gastroscopy,and the symptom score and the quantitative score and fecal samples were collected to detect the bacteria.The healthy group only needs to take the fecal specimen to be tested.Results:Chinese and Western medicine group and Western medicine combined with group and the healthy group flora has significant difference(P<0.05),the western medicine group and Western medicine combined with positive,negative bacillus coli group were higher than those of the healthy group,western medicine group and Western medicine group positive cocci,negative cocci were lower than the healthy group.After treatment,western medicine group before and after treatment of positive bacilli,negative bacilli,negative cocci were statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment were decreased.There was no significant difference before and after treatment with positive cocci(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,the positive,positive and negative bacilli were significantly different(P<0.05),and both positive and negative bacilli decreased after treatment.There was no significant difference before and after treatment with negative cocci(P>0.05).After treatment,western medicine group and Western medicine group compared with positive cocci and negative cocci in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that of Western medicine group.Compared with the western medicine group,the structure of the group was more close to that of the healthy group.In terms of clinical efficacy,the western medicine group and the combined group after treatment,the symptom scores were decreased,but the combined group was better than the western medicine group.Compared with the western medicine group,the structure of the group was more close to that of the healthy group.In terms of clinical efficacy,the western medicine group and the combined group after treatment,the symptom scores were decreased,but the combined group was better than the western medicine group.Conclusions:Yiqi Huoxue recipe combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer,to a certain extent,improve the effect of omeprazole on patients with intestinal flora,to correct the disorder of intestinal flora.It can be concluded that supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can promote the healing of ulcer by correcting the disorder of intestinal flora.
