Clinical Observation Of Supplementing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis And Toxin In Teating Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yi qi hua yu jie du therapy on spleen and stomach qi deficiency with blood stasis and toxin stagnant syndrome of precancerous lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG).Methods:60 patients of precancerous lesions of CAG differentiated as spleen and stomach qi deficiency with blood stasis and toxin stagnant syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(TCM group)and control group(Wei Fu Chun group)with 30 in each group.Treatment group was treated with Yi qi hua yu jie du decoction and the control group was received Wei Fu Chun for a course of 12 weeks.At the end of the course,score of symptoms,observation of the treatment group before and after the treatment of symptoms,histopathological changes before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The results were evaluated by SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis.Results:Comparing the score of TCM symptoms:The treatment group could obvious improve symptoms like epigastric fullness,stomach pain,fatigue,loss of appetite and loose stool before and after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.01).As for the control group,there was statistical difference when came to epigastric fullness,stomachache,loose stool(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in improving symptoms like fatigue and anorexia(P>0.05).The treatment group had obvious advantages in improving epigastric fullness,stomach pain,fatigue,loss of appetite and loose stool compared with the control group after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).When came to the curative effect of TCM Syndromes,the treatment group had obvious advantages with the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05)(80.0%vs53.3%).When came to histopathological changes,both the treatment group and the control group could improve atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and low grade intraepithelial neoplasia before and after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had obvious advantages in improving atrophy compared with the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was also statistical difference in improving the curative effect of atrophy(P<0.05)(83.3%vs60.0%).But there was no significant difference in the improvement of intestinal metaplasia and low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P>0.05).Besides,there was no difference between the two groups in improving the curative effect of intestinal metaplasia and low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P>0.05)(70.0%vs56.7%、84.6%vs63.6%).In the course of treatment,there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yi qi hua yu jie du therapy could effectively relieve clinical symptoms of the patients and had good clinical curative effect,and Yi qi hua yu jie du Fang has reliable clinical safety.
