Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Tong Luo Chu Shi Bath Combined With Orally Decoctions Of TCM In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:Using Tong Luo Chu Shi bath combined with Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)agreement No.5(tong luo yi qi huo xue fang)with small doses of Avi A to remedy 38 patients who are moderate-severe psoriasis.To emulate the clinical effict and safety of this scheme.Explore the new treatment for clinical cure the disease.Providing the basis for a more traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy psoriasis.Method:The 74 patients with blood-stasis psoriasis are from the Chinese academy of medical sciences institute of dermatology clinics.The 74 patients were assigned into two groups basing on the principle of non-randomized.38 patients with the type of stasis of blood were gieven tong luo chu shi bath(ai ye 30g,ce bai ye 30g,gan cao 30g,di fu zi 15g,,ku shen 30g,she chuang zi 15g)and tong luo yi qi huo xue fang(bai xian pi 15g,dang shen 12g,huang qi 30g,ku xingren 10g,fang feng 10g,e jiao 9g,cang erzi 10g,hou pu 12g,huang lian 3g,bai zhu 12g,gan jiang 3g,gan cao 2g,da zao 3g,gui zhi 8g)with small doses of Avi A 10 mg qd;36patients took AviA capsul 10mg two times a day.Using this treatment for 4 weeks,and observing eight weeks of treatment.Conclusion:1.38 patients with the type of stasis of blood were taken tong luo chu shi bath and tong luo yi qi huo xue fang with Avi A 10mg/d.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.84%,in the control group was 83.33%.there was no significant difference between the two groups’ side effect rate(P>0.05).2.Before the treatment,The treatment groups of PASI scores was 16.84±1.47,the c onrol groups’scores was 16.54±1.46,There is no statistically significant difference of tw o groups,PASI scores.After four weeks of treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group is 11.26 ±1.38,which in the control group is 10.89 ±1.37-Eight weeks later the PA SI cores of the treatment group is 2.50 ±1.25,which in the control group is 2.47±1.23.T hereare statistically significant differences in PASI score before and after the treatment in two groups.But There is no significant difference in the PASI score between the treatm ent groupand the conrol group at the end of the 4th week and the 8th week(P>0.05).3.Two patients in the treatment group have nausea and loss of appetite,and adjust the medication time for two hours after a meal.In the control group,two patients have pruritus,The three patients have dry mouth,the three patients elevated AST.We impro ve symptomalic treatmeat.The advise reaction rate of treatment group is 5.26%,while in the control group is 22.22%.There is a stark difference between two goups in the advise reaction rate.Completion:Using Tong Luo Chu Shi bath conbine with Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)agreement No.5(tong luo yi qi huo xue fang)and small doses of Avi A to treat patients with psoriasis,which can have a better curative effect,and clinical safety is relatively high,thus the compliance of patients is well.
