The Research Of Chinese Medicine Guideline For Upper Airway Cough Syndrome

This paper is a part of the guideline of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome on Tradi tional Chinese Medicine(SATCM-2015-BZ068),which is supported by the State Administration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The paper adopt literature study,Delphi Questionnaire Survey,expert seminar on the law,peer evaluation,methodological quality assessment and clinical consistency test to develop the study of the guideline of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome.The literature research is combined with web search and manual search.We searched literatures about UACS from ancient literature database of Traditional Chinese Medicine,CNKI,Wanfang database and MEDLINE.We also looked for related material from guidelines and internal medicine teaching materials of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.With the purpose to provide evidence for evidence-based medicine,we organized,evaluate and summarized all the literature we afforded.The literature research constructed the foundation for Delphi Questionnaire Survey.We sent the Delphi Questionnaires Survey to 30 experts with rich clinical experience from all over the country on line for 3 times.The next round of questionnaire was formed after the statistics analysis of the last round of questionnaire.The draft of the guideline was based on the third round of questionnaire.10 experts were invited to take part in the expert seminar to discusse,give advise and demonstrate about the draft.We revised the draft in accordance with the opinions of the experts.We sent the second draft through electronic letters to another 30 experts from other medical units across the country,and finally we received 16 replies with their suggestions.We accepted some of the opinions and amended the second draft.At the same time,we also invited 4 experts one of which was skilled in guideline methodology to participate the methodological quality assessment and further improved the evaluation draft.Finally,10 Grade Three A Hospitals involved in clinical consistency test and finished the case reports and conformance test reports.212 cases were collected.We did summary analysis,added the relevant materials and modification to draw up the guideline.
