Clinical Observation Of Exercise Therapy Combined With Medical Ozone And Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:In this paper,the use of medical ozone injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine drugs with exercise therapy,medical ozone injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine drugs on knee osteoarthritis cases of clinical efficacy of the study were compared to observe the combination of medical therapy combined with medical ozone and Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee Osteoarthritis in terms of efficacy.To provide a basis for further research in the future and to promote the combination of exercise therapy combined with medical ozone and Chinese medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:In this study,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups:medical ozone combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress for the control group,exercise therapy combined with medical ozone and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress as the treatment group.There were 30 cases in each group.The clinical symptom score,VAS pain score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index change and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The VAS pain score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index and clinical symptom score were decreased in the control group and the treatment group,which were statistically significant(P<0.01).Indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.The clinical symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The VAS pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The WOMAC osteoarthritis index was better in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In general,exercise therapy combined with medical ozone and Chinese medicine heat treatment in improving pain,knee activity and clinical efficacy was significantly better than medical ozone combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress.Conclusion:Exercise therapy combined with medical ozone and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment of knee osteoarthritis can not only effectively relieve the pain or discomfort of patients,but also improve the activity ability of patients,and show a good clinical effect.
