Network Meta-analysis Of 5 Chinese Herb Injections Combined With ARB Or ACEI For Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To evaluate five kinds of Chinese herb injections combined angiotensin receptor antagonist/angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ARB/ACEI)value for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy by Using network meta-analysis.Methods:The relative randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Chinese herb injections were searched from English database such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane library Wiley,Ovid,and SCI,and Chinese database such as CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang database.Screened according to the filtered and exclusion criteria,the related RCTs were used to assess the quality of RCTs,data were analyzed by R,GeMTC and STATA software.Results:1046RCTs were searched from databases,and 45 RCTs were finally included.The results of network Meta-analysis showed that,there were significant difference between 5 kinds of CHI groups in terms of reducing urinary protein excretion rate;In terms of lowering urea nitrogen,shuxuening injection effect is remarkable;there were significant difference only between danhong and breviscapine injection in terms of lowering serum creatinine;5 kinds of CHI groups are valid in lowering glycosylated hemoglobin,;it was significantly different that lowering total cholesterol between danhong,astragalus and shuxuening injection;there were significant difference only between astragalus and shuxuening injection in terms of lowering triglyceride.Conclusion:it is recommended that reducing urinary albumin excretion rate preferred shuxuetong injection group,lowering blood urea nitrogen,total cholesterol and triglyceride preferred shuxuening injection group and lowering serum creatinine preferred danhong injection group.
