| Objective: To explore the effect of combined therapy of post-stroke dysphagia for reducing stroke associated pneumonia. Methods: One hundred and thirty-five ischemic stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=65)and a control group(n=70).Both groups were treated with routine drugs and rehabilitation training, while the treatment group was additionally treated with needling and electrostimulation.Statistics of two groups in SAP cases in 14 days in hospital, improved SAP cases and SAP cases in 28 days in hospital, further review two groups in SAP recurrence cases in three months after hospital discharge. Results: The incidence of SAP of two groups in 14 days in hospital had no obvious statistical difference(P>0.05);In 28 days in hospital, incidence of SAP of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and SAP’s incidence was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);three months after hospital discharge,SAP recurrence of treatment group was obviously less than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment therapy of post-stroke dysphagia has important clinical significance in improving swallowing function, shorting the course of the disease, reducing the incidence of SAP and the recurrence of SAP within 3 months after hospital discharge. |
