Objective:According to the current diagnosis and treatment recommendati ongs ofimmune thrombocytopenia(ITP)in domestic and foreign, sum up the cl inical featurs of 94 children with newly diagnosed ITP in order to provide the theoretical foundations to develop a better clinical diagnosisand treatment strat egies. Methods:The integrated clinical data of 94 children with newly diagnosed ITP were collected from January 2014 to December 2016 in the department of Pediatrics, the statistical software was used to collect and analyze these clinical information which include gender, age, onset time, inducemente, clinical manifestations, primeral platelet count, the outcome of bone marrow cytology and platelet parameters before and after therapy.Results:1?The ratio of male to female was 1:1.14;the proportion of inf ants(0~3 years old)was greatest(46.81%),the prevalence of male was highe r than the famal before 3 years old(P=0.003),while,it came to the opposite over the age of 7(P=0.020).The incidence rates of newly diagnosed immun e thrombocytopenia during spring, summer, autumn and winter respectively acc ounted for 34.04%,34.04%,17.02% and 14.90%(P=0.001).2?There were 82 children with the incentives before onset, the number of infections accounte d for 85.36%,of which the upper respiratory tract infection accounted for 71.43%(n=50);There was no significant difference about the probability of infecti on among the infants,early-childhood,preschool and 7~14 years old(P=0.164);The positive rates of EB virus and mycoplasma pneumoniae among child ren over the age of 3 were higher than the younger ones, and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.045,P=0.684).3?The children with newly diagnosed ITP got the characteristics of slight bleeding(56.82%)and spanking serious thrombocytopenia(49.5%),the platelet counts among different degrees o f bleeding patientsgot no significant difference(P=0.789).4?Among the 75 c ases with the bone marrow cytology, the number of megakaryocytes increased were 64,the pecentage of different types of megakaryocytes in the original nai ve and particler occupied type of high proportion, respectively accounted for,11.43% and 67.47%.5?There was no significant difference in the number of megakaryocytes between different platelet counts(P>0.05),while not same wit h platelet-producing megakaryocytes(P<0.05).6?Before and after therapy,th ere were significant differences in the parameters of platelet(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Children with new diagnosis ITP is more universal among the boy befo re the ageof 3,while the girl turn more universal after the age of 7;the pea k season of new diagnosis ITP are spring and summer.2.During newly diagnosed ITP,infection is the most universal incentive, there are no significant difference about the probability of infection among chil dren of disinctages. The infection of Epstein-Barr virus or mycoplasma pneumo niae may be the factor of ITP in children over the age of 3.3.The platelet count among distint degrees of bleeding patients get no sig nificant difference. When judging the severity of ITP,we should pay more att entiontos to the clinical manifestations than the platelet counts.4.Increased megakaryocytes mainly with original naive and particle ty pe are more commen in bone marrow cytology.5.There was no significant difference in the number of megakaryocytes b etween different platelet counts, the lower of the count of platelet, the less pl atelet-producing megakaryocyte.6.Before and after therapy, the differences about the parameters of platel et among the children with new diagnosis ITP are significant,PLT and PCT g et a significantly increase after therapy.
