| Medicine is the core of national physical and mental health,embodies the basic living standard of a country,marking the comprehensive national strength of a country.In recent years,with the improvement of daily diet and the increase of life expectancy,China is entering the aging stage.Cardiovascular disease has become the first chronic disease affecting the well-being of millions of families,research work is facing great challenges.Coronary angiography is an important means for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.Its principle is to inject a harmless contrast agent into the coronary artery of the human body,the contrast agent can be clearly developed in a special observation device.Whether in the security or in the imaging effect,has become a clinical ‘gold standard’.Three dimensional reconstruction of coronary angiography is an interdisciplinary research field,which is the key to the research of medical image visualization,it will get the image sequence,in the form of human tissue and the structure of the three-dimensional presentation,auxiliary medical personnel all-round,multi angle observation of lesions,effective and convenient for disease diagnosis.Because of the particularity of the imaging of coronary angiography,there are some difficulties in the analysis.First of all,we need the realization of the DICOM format file parsing and reading,then because of blood vessel tissue is subtle,not easy to observe,The error of the segmented and center line image affects the later reconstruction,it is necessary to design and implement an algorithm for its particularity.For 2D data,how to use the geometric transformation to obtain 3D coordinates is also a big problem.This study will be based on existing technology,on the basis of mastering theimaging principle and basic parameters of coronary angiography,learning DICOM3.0standards,understand the format and the meaning of each part,complete the image analysis and reading.Secondly,to lay the foundation for the realization of the ACA-FCM algorithm.Then,aiming at the problem of accurate segmentation of coronary angiography images,ACA-FCM algorithm is proposed and implemented.Finally,the conversion from 2D to 3D points is derived by using mathematical relations,the matching of blood vessels and feature points based on epipolar line matching principle is completed,Finally complete 3D reconstruction of the image.Three dimensional reconstruction of coronary angiography images can provide more detailed image analysis in computer-aided diagnosis,describe more precisely the vascular morphology,provide more effective data base and diagnostic information for disease diagnosis.In medical teaching,it can help inexperienced doctors or students fully understand the structure and characteristics of blood vessels,so as to study medical knowledge more effectively. |
