Relationship Of CD4+ T Lymphocytes And CD4+ /CD8+ T Lymphocytes In Peripheral Blood With Early Infection After Liver Trans-plantation

Purpose:To investigate the diagnostic effect of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes after DCD liver transplantation.Method:A total of 43 patients with DCD liver transplantation were enrolled in this study.239 cases of blood samples were collected from December 27,2015 to December 31,2016,and their CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes.According to the clinical manifestations the patients were divided into infection group and control group.Result:The CD4+ T lymphocyte / CD8+ T lymphocytes in the infected group were subordinate to the normal distribution(P> 0.05).The other data were not subject to the normal distribution(P <0.05).Therefore,choose rank-sum test to compare the differences between the two indicators in the two groups.CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ Tlymphocytes in the two groups between the comparative analysis of the results show that the two indicators between the two groups were statistically significant,combined with the median size available CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+T lymphocytes in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The correlation between the two indexes and the infection condition showed that CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes were negatively correlated with infection(the correlation coefficients were-0.498 and-0.549,P values Were less than 0.05),indicating that with the occurrence of infection,CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+T lymphocytes,these two indicators will be reduced.ROC curve analysis showed that CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes were the best diagnostic and diagnostic thresholds for CD4+ T lymphocytes,and the corresponding sensitivity and specificity were 85.5% and 88.7% The optimal diagnostic threshold was ≤1.59,and the corresponding sensitivity and specificity were 91.9% and 86.4%,respectively.CD4+ T lymphocytes are more sensitive and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+T lymphocytes are more sensitive.Therefore,CD4+ T lymphocytes can be selected as diagnostic criteria for reducing misdiagnosis.Rate can choose CD4+ T lymphocyte / CD8+ T lymphocytes as a diagnostic indicator.Conclusion:CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes were associated with postoperative infection,and the specificity of CD4+ T lymphocytes was higher,and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8 CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes / CD8+ T lymphocytes after liver transplantation were useful for early detection of postoperative infection.
