ObjectiveBased on the operating room nursing work analysis,establish the stratification standard of operating room nursing position scientifically and provide scientific basis to nurse human resource management work.The management work is made up of the hiring,staffing,employment,development,career designing and management of operating room nursing staff.MethodTake some one tertiary hospital as the research object,clarify and confirm operating room nursing work projects with documentary method,observation and interviewing method;confirm the operating room nursing project stratification and nursing staff qualifications with Delphi method after twice consulting professors by letter;establish the analysis database for the data from investigating with Epidata3.1 software and do statistical analysis to the data by spss4.00.ResultClarify and confirm operating room nursing projects;estimate the risk,complexity,professional skill requirement and workload of every nursing work project,among them the most complex one is variety of operation coordination;the least complex one is clearing contaminant tub;the nursing projects on a high risk are infusion,preparation before transfusion,sending frozen specimen during a surgery,specific infection protection and treatment;the projects on a low risk is clearing contaminant tub;the projects with a high professional skill requirement is operation coordination;the projects with a big workload is operation coordination;according to this,divide the operating room nursing projects to four hierarchies and establish corresponding stratification standard of operating room nurse.ConclusionConfirm 36 operating room work projects;divide the operating room nursing projects to four hierarchies,according to the risk,complexity,professional skills requirement and workload of nursing work projects;based on the requirement to nursing staff from nursing project four levels,confirm stratification standard of operating room nursing positions;offer the proposal of nursing staff stratification employment.
