| Objective: Through the comparison of the Cobb angle of x-ray anteroposterior radiographs before and after treatment in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS),the effect of spinal balanced manipulation combined with guidance on the Cobb angle of patients with idiopathic scoliosis is explored, which provides a reliable basis for clinical application. Methods: According to the standard of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in diagnosis of scoliosis were randomly selected from the massage department in Yunnan Province Chinese medicine hospital inpatient and outpatient(January 2016 to February 2017)in 30 cases,in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion by using spinal balance technique combined with standard screening guided treatment of patients, and according to the provisions for acceptance of 2 courses of treatment were recorded. The size of X ray on Cobb angle before and after the treatment, the relevant data were statistically analyzed to compare the clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1 according to the contrast before and after treatment, the difference of Cobb angle on the X-ray positive film was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2 With the guidance and spinal balance technique after treatment, according to the evaluation criteria of curative effect, the treatment effect of patients were analyzed,30 cases of patients,3 cases were cured, the cure rate was 10%,effective 22 cases, effective rate was 73.33%,5 cases ineffective,no efficiency was 16.67%,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion: The results of this study show that the combination of spinal balanced manipulation guidance can effectively reduce the Cobb angle of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, and improve the patient’s spinal deformity, this treatment method has the advantages of light manipulation, strong controllability, high safety and good efficacy, and the treatment has no side effects and adverse reaction, easy to be accepted by the patients and their families, and worthy of clinical application. |
