| Clinical Research:Aim: To observe the clinical efficacy of the "Yi Qi Yang Ying Run Chang" method in the treatment of senile chronic functional constipation.Method: Divide a group of 80 elderly patients with the“chronic constipation into 2groups,namely,40 into a ‘Treatment’,and 40 into the ‘Control Group’ 。 The "Treatment Group" is treated with the “Yi Qi Yang Ying Run Chang decoction”,while the ‘Control Group’ is treated with the "PEG4000";each 14-day as one treatment period.Result:1.A total of 6 patients during treatment because of lost,not visit and medicine to wait for a reason to eliminate,including 4 cases of treatment group and control group in 2 cases.2.After statistics analysis,in terms of clinical total curative effect,After treatment the treatment group was 94.44%,The control group 73.68%,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Total integral in the clinical symptoms,treatment group after treatment before and after treatment of clinical symptoms of total product comparison,P < 0.05,After treatment,the control group before and after treatment of clinical symptoms of total product comparison,P < 0.05,After treatment,two groups of symptoms integral differential contrast comparison,P < 0.05,By the end of the treatment,recurrence after 2 months,Treatment group was 3.57%,The control group 22.73%,P < 0.05。3.In the process of the two groups of patients found no obvious adverse drug reactions.Conclusion: Yi Qi Yang Ying Run Chang decoction treatment of senile chronicfunctional constipation(Qi Xu Chang Zao type)curative effect is distinct,especially syndromes improved significantly better than that in control group,and long curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group.Yi Qi Yang Ying Run Chang decoction for the treatment of senile chronic functional constipation(Qi Xu Chang Zao type)was safe and reliable,found no obvious adverse drug reactions. |
