| Objective:through extra-corporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and fumigation treatment with closed contrast,evaluate the clinical observation and effect,to explore its mechanism,to provide a new,comprehensive and effective treatment method and clinical study on the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:using extra-corporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine orthopedics clinic third lumbar transverse process syndrome in 60 cases,the patients who met the inclusion criteria,randomized controlled trials,divided into treatment group and control group:extra-corporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation:closed fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine.Each of the 30 cases,15 days of treatment,the systematic analysis and evaluation of efficacy,objectivity.Results:the extra-corporeal shock wave with the overall Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group was 93.3%,closed fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group the total efficiency is 90.0%,and the overall efficacy between the two groups of P<0.05,the significant differences between the two groups,extra-corporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of the overall effect is better than that of closed fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in relieve the pain,improve mobility and other aspects are better than the control group.Conclusion:1.extra-corporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with pain,activity limitation,the overall effect is better than the control group.2.clinical practice shows that this method is safe,reliable,comprehend-sive and so on.It is easy to be accepted by patients.It provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome. |
