Effect Of Self-made Yangzheng Guiling Soup Combined With TP On Ovarian Cancer And T Cell Immune Function

Objective:To observe the effect of self-made Yangzheng Guiling Soup combined with TP regimen on ovarian cancer and T cell immune function.Methods:60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by completely randomized grouping method,the control group of 30 cases,treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy,the treatment group of 30 cases,with taking the self-made YangZheng Guiling Soup in western medicine based on chemotherapy.Chemotherapy with 21 days program,continuous observation of 2 cycles,Chinese medicine oral treatment from the first day of chemotherapy,2 times a day,250 ml for each morning and evening service,lasting for 6 weeks.The TCM symptom score,card score,CA125,T cell immune function,blood routine,liver and kidney function and other safety indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:1.Evaluation of TCM efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,the statistical p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.2.KPS score:Compared with before treatment,the p value was less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;and after treatment,the two groups were p = 0.002<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.3.Tumor marker CA125:Compared with before treatment,the p value was less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;and after treatment,the two groups were p = 0.006<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.4.Cellular immune function:Compared with before treatment,the p value was less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;and after treatment,the difference between the two groups was p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.5.In the incidence of adverse reactions,the two groups in the white blood cells,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine,p were greater than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Self-made Yangzheng Guiling soup combined with TP regimen can reduce serum CA125 levels in patients with ovarian cancer.2.Self-made Zhenggui Guiling Decoction combined with TP regimen can regulate the expression of T cells and improve the immune status of ovarian cancer patients.3.Self-made positive Guiling Decoction combined with TP program can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type ovarian cancer,improve the quality of life.
