One-stage Of Duckett + Duplay Surgery In Children’s Penis Root Type Hypospadias In Clinical Application

Objective: To evaluate one-stage of Duckett + Duplay surgery in children’s penis root type clinical application effect of hypospadias.Methods: The study of jilin university first hospital uropoiesis outside second division in 2014 July to December 2016,admitted during the period of children treated first penis root type 87 cases of hypospadias.Were randomly divided into A,B two groups.Group A(one-stage of Duckett + Duplay): line penile straightening technique and A period Duckett + Duplay surgery patients,A total of 42 cases.Group B(second phase forming urethral surgery group): patients with penile straightening,6 months or 1 year after second stage urethroplasty(TIP operation),a total of 45 cases.Results: The surgical results through statistical group A and group B.Group A(one-stage of Duckett + Duplay)in patients with 35 cases,successful operation success rate was 83.33%,and group B(second phase forming urethral surgery group),compared to 82.2% success rate of surgery no statistical difference(p > 0.05).Urethral fistula: group A(one-stage of Duckett + Duplay)in patients withurethral fistula occurred in 4 cases,the incidence is 9.52%;Group B(second phase forming urethral surgery group)in patients with urethral fistula occurred in 3 cases,the incidence was 6.67%,compared two groups have no statistical difference(p > 0.05).Urethral strictures: group A(one-stage of Duckett + Duplay)in patients with urethral stricture,3 cases,the incidence was 7.14%,group B(second phase forming urethral surgery group)in the patients with urethral stenosis 5 cases,the incidence was 11.11%,compared two groups have no statistical difference(p > 0.05)Conclusion:(1)One-stage of Duckett + Duplay with phase ii forming procedure for urethral type penis root in the treatment of children hypospadias in success rate has no obvious difference.(2)One-stage of Duckett + Duplay surgery and points phase ii forming procedure for urethral type penis root in the treatment of children hypospadias in the incidence of complications has no obvious difference.(3)One-stage of Duckett + Duplay reduces the number of procedure,patients spend less,relieve the suffering of the patients,patients’ parents easy to accept,good for promotion.
