Oxycodone Hydrochloride Influence The Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Moderate And Severe Cancer Pain

Objective: To observe the oxycodone hydrochloride zyban for analgesic effect of moderate and severe cancer pain,before and after treatment,patients’ quality of life and the improvement of the bad feelings and drug adverse reactions,provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods: Totally 64 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride in our hospital and outer court from April 2016 to November 2016.During the treatment numercial rating scale(NRS)for pain were recorded before and after the treatment,and Zung Self-rating Depression Scales(SDS)and Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were evaluated.The adverse reactions of oxycodone hydrochloride were also recorded.Analysis and comparison the NRS scores,SAS scores and SDS scores,KPS scores and QOL scores change before and after the treatment respectively.Results: 39 cases were complete relief,20 cases were partial relief,total pain relief rate was 92.2%.Among them,the comparison between moderate and severe pain relief rate difference has no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Compared the pain relief rate of body pain,visceral pain and mixed pain,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),the pain relief rate comparison between different age,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),the pain relief rate differences between different gender has no statistical significance(P>0.05).TSAS anxiety score was 56.43 ± 4.29 before treatment,the pain TSAS anxiety score was 47.36 ± 3.70 after treatment,compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).TSDS depression score before treatment was 54.21±4.80,analgesic TSDS anxiety score was 45.14±2.52 after treatment,compare the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.001).Anxiety and depression scores decreased,compared with before the treatment and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the therapy,KPS and QOL scores were improved,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.001).The main adverse reactions were constipation,nausea and vomiting,retelltion of urine.Among them the occurring rate of constipation was 43.75%,the incidence of nausea and vomiting were 18.75%,the incidence of urinary retention was 3.13%.Conclusion: Oxycontin hydrochloride can relieves moderate and severe cancer pain,at the same time,can partly ameliorate patients’ anxiety and depression,improve the patients’ quality of life and has comparatively slight adverse effects in the treatment.
