| Objective:To investigate procalcitonin(PCT)and C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation(COPD)expression in serum,to observe N-acetylcysteine(NAC)effects on COPD in patients with PCT,CRP,IL-6 and lung function. Methods: 30 cases of AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in the control group were given oxygen,anti-inflammatory,expectorant and antiasthmatic, spray and other conventional treatment, the observation group of 30 cases on the basis of the above combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets 600 mg 2/day.Another 60 healthy persons were selected as healthy group. The serum levels of PCT,CPR,IL-6 and pulmonary function were observed before treatment and 10 days after treatment in the observation group and the control group. The effect of NAC on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in patients with AECOPD were observed. Results :(1)Before treatment, the levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);(2)Before the treatment group;the serum PCT,CRP level of IL-6,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control(P> 0.05),after treatment, the observation group and the control group of serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 levels lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group than in the control group, the serum PCT,CRP,IL-6 the level decreased significantly(P<0.05);(3)After treatment, the lung function of the observation group was significantly higher than that of FEV1(P<0.05),while the FEV1 and FVC levels in the control group were not significantly increased after treatment(P> 0.05)(FVC).Conclusion:PCT,CRP,IL-6 in patients with elevated serum levels of AECOPD,NAC can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with AECOPD and improve lung function, improve the condition of COPD and improve the quality of life of patients to help. |
