Objective: To study the big data analysis in various tumors and the expression and clinical significance in Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 genes.Methods: The expression of KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 genes in 28 pairs of normal human tissues and tumors was investigated by the public information platform for biology such as www.proteinatlas.org and so on;The expression of KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 in 28 pairs of fresh esophageal carcinoma tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were analyzed by semi-quantitative analysis with Western blot detection technique;The expression of KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 in 60 pairs of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and corresponding adjacent normal esophageal mucosa were qualitatively detected by immunohistochemical technique,And then analyze the results of immunohistochemistry combine with the clinical pathological data,Assess the value of the diagnosis in the three proteins to with ROC curve.Results:1.The results of Western blot showed that the expression of KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.001),and there was no significant difference between the Kazak and the Han nationality(P> 0.05).2.The immunohistochemical results showed that the expressions of KRT1,KRT10,GSTP1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group were higher than in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma(P < 0.001).To analyze combine with clinical pathological parameters,the results show that the expression of KRT1 and KRT10 was correlated with the degree of differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P <0.05),The strong positive expression of GSTP1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was correlated with patient’s age,sex,ethnicity and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05),According to the area under the ROC curve,the diagnostic value of KRT10 protein in the three differential proteins was the highest,followed by GSTP1 protein,KRT1 protein was the lowest,but all of them have certain diagnostic value.Conclusion: KRT1,KRT10 and GSTP1 are important changes in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.KRT1 and KRT10 are related to the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and can be used as an important index for judging the malignant degree of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.KRT10 is expected to be a specific molecular marker in the diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.GSTP1 is associated with age,sex,ethnicity and lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.It can be helpful for the diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,the judgment of malignancy degree and the individual treatment in later stage.
