System Review On The Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective: to analyze the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of safety,in order to make the evaluation objective and credible,and provide the basis for clinical treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment.Discuss the existence of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in clinical research,put forward the solution.Methods: 1.comprehensive retrieval on January 1,2005 to June 30,2016 domestic and foreign various journals published or unpublished about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal clinical research literature function.A.2.according to include exclusion standard screening about traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of perimenopausal function randomized controlled trial(RCT)or a randomized controlled clinical research literature(qRCT).3.to meet eligibility criteria,the quality of literature evaluation and the evaluation of the risk of bias.4.extraction literature,application RevMan5.2 Meta analysis software.Results: according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and finally 36 articles were included Chinese literature,involving 3563 cases of participants,using the Jadad scale quality evaluation,35 less than 3 points,1 4 points.The analysis results show that the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome,TCM syndrome score.Blood routine,hormone level,the incidence of adverse reactions,relapse rate compared to western medicine treatment has advantages,but there was no significant difference in the bleeding time and endometrial thickness.Conclusion: there were significant differences in the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is better than western medicine treatment.But most of the included literature for low quality literature,there is a big bias in research content,so the results are not completely suitable for clinical.
