| Objective:In this study,the SD rats were as the research object,the then studied the exercise’ s effort on different 2,3,7,8-TCDD dose poisoned SD rats’ reproductive system.Discuss if the SD rats’ reproductive system damage caused by different 2,3,7,8-TCDD dose could be weakened when the SD rats are trained to swim.Methods:Divided the 8 weeks old male SD rats into 10 groups randomly,respectively EC/ET1/ET2/ET3/ET4,NC/NT1/NT2/NT3/NT4(E set was exercise groups,while N set was no-exercise groups).T1(ET1,NT1),T2(ET2,NT2),T3(ET3,NT3),T4(ET4,NT4)groups received first 2,3,7,8-TCDD intraperitoneal injection dose respectively of 0.4μg/kg·BW,1.6μg/kg·BW,6.41g/kg·BW and 25.6μg/kg·BW.Then received 21%of the initial doses exposure for the next 7 weeks.C(EC,NC)groups received tha same injection quantity of corn oil.E groups swam with weight burdened on tails(5%body weight),five days a week,30 minutes per day.Killed all the SD rats after 8 weeks and tested the body weight,the weight of epididymis,relative weight of epididymis and the rat serum testosterone(T),serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH).Results:1.E groups’ body weight was very remarkablely lower(p<0.01)than the N groups’ body weight,C groups’ body weight was remarkablely higher than the body weight of T2、T3、T4 group,T1 groups’ body weight was remarkablely higher than T3、T4 groups’ body weight,T2、T3 groups’ body weight was remarkablely higher than T4 groups’ body weight(p<0.01).2.T4 groups’relative weight of epididymis was higher than the other 4 groups,it showed no remarkable difference between the other 4 groups.3.N groups’ FSH was ramarkablely lower(p<0.01)than the E groups’ FSH.Exercise and toxin exposure didn,t have cross effect on the level of serum FSH.4.N groups’serum LH was remarkablely lower than that of E groups’,T1 groups’ was remarkablely highter than the other 4 groups’ and T2 groups’ was remarkablely higher than T4 groups’,T1 groups’ was remarkabtety higher than C groups’ and T4 groups’.The crossover effect between exercise and toxin exposure on serum LH level was obvious(p<0.01):Under the exposure dose of T1 and T3,the N groups’ was remarkablely lower than E groups(p<0.01,p<0.05);in the other direction,there wasn’ t any remarkablely difference between N groups,but the serum LH level of ET1 was remarkablely higher than that of EC and ET4,the difference between other groups was not remarkable.5.The crossover effect between exercise and toxin exposure on serum T was remarkable(p<0.05):under T2 exposure dose,the level of N group was remarkablely higher than E group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.2,3,7,8-TCDD can remarkablely affect the growth and development of SD rats,suppress the increase of body weight,and this affect will become greater with the increase of exposure dose.2.The exposure of 2,3,7,8-TCDD will affect the normal work of HPG(Hecker Phelan and Guthrie Interiors),causing the disorder of its hormone.3.Swimming can resist the bad effect of 2,3,7,8-TCDD,but this kind of resistance can only be valid under low exposure dose. |
