The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of MFOLFOX6 And Fuzheng Jianpi Xiaoai Decoction In Terminal Colorectal Cancer

Purpose:Observe the change of TCM syndrome integral,the quality of life,tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)values,immunologic functions and toxic side effects by the treatment of Fuzheng Jiapi Xiaoai decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 to the terminal colorectal cancer patients.Explore the clinical efficacy and safety,to provide reference for clinical treatment of terminal colorectal cancer patients.Methods:60 terminal colorectal cancer patients were divided into two groups randomly,the observation group included 29 cases(one of them fall of due to choosing another hospital for treatments),and the control group included 29 cases(one of them excluded due to failure to complete the treatment).The observation group was treat by Fuzheng Jianpi Xiaoai decoction combined with mFOLFOX6,and the control group was treat by only mFOLFOX6.14 days is a period,observe 2 periods continuously.Record TCM syndrome integral,the quality of life,tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)values,immunologic functions and toxic side effects,then analyze the recorded data by statistical approach.Results:In the improvement of TCM syndrome score,the observation group’s total effective rate was 89.66%,and control group’s total effective rate was 31.03%,the difference was obvious(P<0.01);the quality of life and physical condition of both groups were improved,compared with the control group,the observation group was better(P<0.05);tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)values were declined after treatments,and the two groups exist statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the changes of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly different than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the incidence of neutrophils,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and peripheral neurotoxicity between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jianpi Xiaoai decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen in the treatment of terminal colorectal cancer,has significant effects of the improvement of TCM symptoms,physical condition,quality of life and the immunologic functions,reduce the level of tumor markers and toxic side effects of chemotherapy at the same time.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in treatment of terminal colorectal cancer has a significant advantage over chemotherapy alone,it provides an effective method for the complex treatment of terminal colorectal cancer.
