The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of The Zhongyaoxunxifang Treating Thepainful Heel Syndrome

Objective:Evaluating and analyzing the therapeutic effects of the chinese medicine treatment group,the western medicine control group and the lukewarm boiled water contrast group after the treatment of Zhongyao Xunxi decoction,in order to prove that Zhongyao Xunxi decoction can be used to treat heel painful syndrome.Methods : In this study,a total of 60 patients with heel painful syndrome were enrolled,which were randomly divided into three groups:20 cases in the treatment group using Zhongyao Xunxi decoction,20 cases in the control group 1 using Fu talin,20 cases in the control group 2 using boiling water.Taking 7 days for 1courses,all the patients treated for three courses.The VAS scores and Maryland foot scores were observed and recorded before treatment and 7 days,14 days and 21 days after treatment.Evaluate and analyze of the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods through statistical analysis.Results:(1)The age,sex,cause of disease,location,course of disease,BMI and other general information of three groups were analyzed statistically,the differences among the three groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05),and with comparability.(2)The VAS scores and Maryland foot function scores of the three groups,the differences were not statistically significant by statistical analysis(p>0.05),The data were comparable.(3)For the VAS scores comparison:The VAS scores of three groups 7days,14 days and 21 days after treatment were all lower than before treatment.The differences of three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared between the each two groups.After7 days,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1(P>0.05).The control 2 group compared with the chinese medicine treatment group and the control group 1.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group 1 fourteen days after treatment(P>0.05).The control group 2 compared with the treatment group and the control group 1.There were significant differences(P<0.05).21 days after treatment,The differences had statistical significance between each two groups of the three groups(P<0.05).It had no significant difference in pain relief between the chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.But they were all better than the control group 2.Zhongyao Xunxi decoction was more excited than the Fu talin in analgesic effect after 21 days.(4)Comparison of Maryland foot function scores after treatment:After 21 days of treatment,the Maryland foot scores of three groups were all higher than before treatment 21 days after treatment by the comparison between each two groups.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the western medicine control group and the lukewarm boiled water group was worse than the treatment group and the western medicine control group.(5)The total effective rate of the treatment group was100%,the control group 1 was 90%,the control group 2 was 75%,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Zhongyao Xunxi decoctionin the treatment of heel painful syndrome was significant.It can obviously improve the heel pain,swelling and dysfunction.Zhongyao Xunxi decoctionin is a safe and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of heel pain,which is non-invasive,convenient,economical and practical,and has no side effect.
