| Objective: To study the clinical application of 3 Dimensional Printing technology assisted external fixation on ankle deformity.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university traumatic orthopedic department cases from April 2014 to January 2017 with diagnosis of ankle deformity fixed external fixation frame 48patients(total 53 legs),correction treatment.Average age 16yrs(Range 5-60)),followed up interval 2 to 34 months,with an average follow-up time of 17 months.The cases divided into two groups,the 3 Dimensional Printing technology group versus the traditional operation group.24 foot 3 d printing technique group,and 29 the traditional surgery group.According to the American society for Ankle surgery AOFAS(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)after Ankle-score evaluate curative effect,the data obtained using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results: Retrospective analysis of the age and gender composition of the patients in 3 Dimensional Printing and the traditional surgical group have no statistical significance differences.According to the American society for Anklesurgery postoperative AOFAS(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)Ankle-after the score,the total 48 cases(53 feet)in patients with excellent 26,good 17 feet,and fair 9 feet,bad 1 foot,Excellent rate 81.1%,1 foot recurrence;In this case,among the 3D printing group has 24 feet,excellent 14 feet,good 7 feet,fair 3 feet,bad 0 feet,87.5%,and a recurrence of 0 feet.The traditional operation group 29 feet,excellent 10 feet,6 feet,1 foot,excellent rate81.1% good rate,1 foot recurrence.The 3D group was 11.7 percentage points higher than the traditional group.According to the American society for Ankle surgery after AOFAS Ankle-full score(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)scoring system for two groups of patients with preoperative grading and postoperative grading,3 d printing assisted group preoperative assessment obtained an average of48.0 + /-15.5 score,postoperative assessment obtain 88.0 + /-10.1,the traditional surgery group scored an average of 47.0 + /-14.2 during preoperative assessment score of 80.0 + /-13.5 during postoperative assessment,preoperative patients mean standard deviation between the two groups to compare P > 0.05,preoperative risk of foot deformity base data no statistical difference;Postoperative patients using mean standard deviation comparison between the two groups(P < 0.05,according to the United States foot and Ankle surgeons AOFAS(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)Score-final score between the two groups was statistically difference,Satisfaction of curative effect in 3 D printing technique assisted group better than traditional surgery in patients in postoperative assessment.Conclusion: 3 Dimensional Printing technique assisted external fixator to treat ankle deformity,ankle deformity can clearly classified and simulated operation,thus more precise preoperative planning,to gain best curative effect. |
