| Objective: To observe and investigate the expression and meaning of MAT1 A,MAT2A,SAMe in the intraheptic cholangiocarcinoma tissues.Methods: 60 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and 86 hepatolithiasis patients’ medical records,including parafin sections,was selected randomly from Wuhu NO.2 People’s Hospital and Yijishan Hospital,which were all operated from 2012.1.26 to 2016.3.29.All patients were sorted into observation group and control group respectively,according to their entity.Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical technology were used to compare the content of MAT1A、MAT2A、SAMe between the above groups;The correlations of the expression of different substances and clinical pathological factors with substance expression were analysed.Patients in the observation group were followed up by telephone,and the survival analysis was conducted;Results: The expression of MAT1 A,MAT2A in the observation group are weaker than control group,and the difference between both groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);The content of SAMe is weak in the both groups,but the content in the observation group is weaker(P<0.05);The content of MAT1 A,MAT2A and SAMe correlate positively between any two of them(P<0.01).Besides,we find that a bile duct exploration history in patients promote the expression of MAT1A(P<0.05),the content of MAT2 A in different clinical stages and the content of SAMe in different degree of differentiation deffer from each other(P<0.05);The medial postoperative survive time is 13 moths and the postoperative 1 year and 2 year s survival rate are 0.531 and 0.318 respectively;Conclusion: The expression of MAT1 A,MAT2A reduces in the intraheptic cholangiocarcinoma tissues,then the content of SAMe reduce,too.All in one,the change ofthe three matters’ contents may be very significant to the canceration of intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells. |
