Objective Objective to investigate the effect of postoperative intracranial hemorrhage on the prognosis of Chronic subdural hematoma.Method 1.A prospective study of 1 patients in 140 cases of single drill hole drainage surgery for chronic subdural hematoma,using Onis2.3.5 Image Proplus software measurement in patients with preoperative and postoperative hematoma volume for first days and 4-10 days after intracranial hematoma residues,using computer aided design(Any CAD Viewer(5.0.)and computer aided manufacturing Any CAM Viewer 5.0.)were calculated for first days after surgery,postoperative 4-10 days after operation,the intracranial gas volume in January.The preoperative GCS score,the location of the hematoma and the history of trauma were recorded.The GCS score,the GOS score after 3months,and whether the infection or recurrence were recorded were recorded.2.patients with intracranial hematoma,were analyzed by Pearson linear correlation analysis and first day postoperative cranial CT intracranial gas volume and residual hematoma volume;the patients after first days of head CT of intracranial gas volume,and were discharged first days after surgery of intracranial hematoma residual volume,GCS score,after 3 months of follow-up.GOS score for Pearson linear correlation analysis;Pearson linear correlation analysis 3 months GOS score for the patients of postoperative4-10 days and postoperative intracranial gas volume.First days after operation,4-10 days after operation and 1 months after operation,the difference of intracranial volume of CT showed by one-way anova.Results 140 cases of chronic subdural hematoma in patients with intracranial hematoma volume before operation was 114.66 + 25.10 ml,the clinical symptoms and imaging data analysis were performed under epidural single hole drainage surgery.The volume of intracranial accumulation was 28.63 + 26.96 ml after first days,and the residual amount of intracranial hematoma was 13.11 + 11.27 ml.The GCS score at discharge was14.74 + 1.05,and the GCS score was 4.79 + 0.53,3 months after operation.Pearson correlation statistical analysis showed that patients after first days of head CT and intracranial gas volume in patients with intracranial hematoma volume was positively related(P <0.05);patients first days after cranial CT intracranial hematoma residual intracranial hematoma volume and patients with positive correlation(P <0.05);patients first days after intracranial brain CT product discharge volume and GCS score of patients there was no correlation between(P,>0.05)has a positive correlation between GCS score and the patient when the patient was discharged first days after operation were residual CT intracranial hematoma volume(P <0.05);there was no correlation between patients after 3months GOS score of patients with Shu Houdi 1 days of head CT of intracranial gas volume(P >0.05);patients 3 months after surgery,GOS score and postoperative 4-10 days by CT product there is no correlation between intracranial volume(P >0.05).There was significant difference in intracranial volume between first days,4-10 days after operation and 1 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions The volume of gas within a certain range after the irrigation and drainage of the chronic subdural hematoma has no significant influence on the prognosis of the patients.
