| Understanding of microbial community effect on human health is a major challenge in the emerging biomedical,and in the community structure and function is critical in maintaining biological balance.We through a series of model analysis,aims to reveal the body of the microbial community structure and species coexistence mechanisms,the deep research in subsequent associated with periodontitis microbial community structure,function and its stability is of great theoretical and practical significance.The object of this study is periodontitis patients with oral microbes,periodontitis is one of the most common oral diseases,has a large number of studies have shown that the occurrence of periodontitis is associated with the imbalance of oral microbial community,so this thesis from the perspective of ecology of periodontitis are studied by using statistical method about oral microbial communities maintaining mechanism.First of all,with the grade c curve and description of the species abundance distribution curve based community composition structure,secondly Ewens sampling model and Etienne sampling formula check whether oral microbial community meets the neutral theory,this study of periodontitis to affect the structure and function of the oral microbial flora;Finally,using Taylor power law and the expansion of Taylor power law research oral microbial community spatial heterogeneity,in order to investigate whether periodontitis is associated with the change of the spatial heterogeneity of the microbial community.We through the analysis of the case data model,for the oral microbial community was observed,the two sampling model confirmed the transmission limit didn’t play in the oral microbial community,also found that the microbiota of periodontitis patients showed higher than that of healthy people,biodiversity found biological community structure affects the ecological balance,Taylor power law and the expansion of Taylor of power law model shows that the ecological environment of periodontitis patients with oral compared with healthy controls a certain change,make the difference between microbial species increases,changes in the environment may be random,and therefore there is no obvious change,make kinds of heterogeneity within the overall occurrence of periodontitis with oral micro the destruction of the ecological environment has a direct correlation. |
