Hepatocellular carcinoma(Hepatocellular, carcinoma,HCC)is one of a common malignant tumor in the world, the incidence rate and mortality among malignant tumors in China before 3,the incidence rate and mortality rate is rising year by year.Because of the strong proliferation, invasion and metastasis of HCC cells, the prognosis of HCC patients is poor.In order to intensive study the molecular mechanism of hepatocarcinogenesis and development as well as key targets for treatment, based on the GEO database and TCGA two large tumor genome, bioinformatics was used to construct 650 samples including genome database,in a total of 12416 genes on the basis of screening the expression gradually 110 stable different expression genes(DEGs);through the functional annotation of gene expression,we have found 27 important DEGs associated with proliferation.Further clinical data analysis,14 prognostic genes were obtained. This study suggests that proliferation related genes play an important role in the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma, and 14 DEGs may be potential therapeutic target genes. It has guiding significance for the future development of new treatment strategies for HCC.
