Objective This study aimed to investigate the psychological health status and sexual behavior in the HIV-infected men who have sex with men(MSM),to explore the influential factors of their psychological health status and sexual behavior,improve the living environment and sexual behavior of the HIV-infected MSM and provide the evidence for the MSM intervention.Methods Researcher investigated 400 HIV-infected MSM by using complete survey from May to December 2015.The demographical information,the awareness of HIV/AIDS associated knowledge,the HIV/AIDS-related imformation,the HIV/AIDS high-risk behaviors,the HIV/AIDS-related stigma and discrimination,the depression and anxiety were interviewed.The data were collected by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed by software SPSS18.0.Results The median age of the study respondents was 28 years.61.5% of them had college education or higher.84.5% hadn’t got married and 9.5% were currently married.Only 48.5% knew the HIV/AIDS associated knowledge.91% were homosexual and 8% were bisexual.20% had 1 sexual partners and 74.25% had more than 2 sexual partners.Just 34.75% of HIV-infected MSM who had homosexual behavior used condoms evey time in recent year.6.75% of the respondents had heterosexual partners and 44.44% of them used condoms evey time in recent year.The mean score of stigma and discrimination was(68±11.60),the score of disclosure concerns was(20.83±4.70),the score of actually suffered stigma and discrimination was(11.41±2.65),the score of self-stigma and discrimination was(19.28±4.82),the score of self-discrimination of sexual rights was(16.48±3.48).The percentage of depression symptom was 24.75%,and the percentage of anxiety symptom was 13.00%.Focused on the analysis results of the psychological health status and sexual behavior,educational level,health status,peer education,marriage,time of HIV antibody confirmatory testing were the major influence factors of HIV/AIDS related stigma and discrimination.Having sexually transmitted diseases,poor self-perceived health status,higher scores of the actually suffered stigma and discrimination,higher scores of selfstigma and discrimination,self-discrimination of sexual rights were risk factors to depression.Having sexually transmitted diseases,poor self-perceived health status,higher scores of the actually suffered stigma and discrimination,higher scores of self-stigma and discrimination were risk factors to anxiety.The factors associated with the multiple sexual partners were age,disclosure concerns,self-discrimination of sexual rights and anxiety status.The factor associated with using condom persistently was disclosure concerns.Conclusions The stigma and discrimination,depression and anxiety,not using condoms consistently were presented in HIV-infected MSM frequently and seriously,while it was associated with psychological health status and sexual behavior.Therefore,discrimination-eliminating projects should be carried out in HIV-infected MSM,and psychological intervention should also be strengthened to promote MSM to conduct healthy sexual behavior.
