The drug property theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is the centre of the theory of TCM theory system,which is applicating drug laws of TCM,which embodies the characteristics of Pharmacy,and contains rich contents,includes four natures and five flavors,meridian tropism,lifting,lowering,floating,medicinal efficacy,contraindication and efficacy clinical application compatibility etc.Among them,the nature and flavor of TCM is the most important part and the essence of theory of TCM.Anemarrhenae Rhizoma is bitter,sweet,cold,return lung,stomach,kidney.It is private mainly used to clear heat and drain fire,enrich yin and moisten dryness.According to the basic theory of TCM,the bitter and cold of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma express clear heat and drain fire.Kuang Hai Xue put forward by the national 973 plan project:The drug property theory of gu cun jin shi diuresis efficacy TCM research based on the nature and flavor diuresis efficacy TCM research.The Anemarrhenae Rhizoma Water-decocted was splited into four components,namely nbutanol fraction group,polysaccharide fraction group,ethyl acetate fraction group and the water layer fraction group.The issue study antipyretic,antiinflammatory and immunoregulation effects of the chemical subdivision of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma about substances and nature(flavor)of attribution studies,which lay a good foundation for further work to determine its bitter flavor effect material base.Research carried out as follows:1.Antipyretic effects research.We use furosemide and E.coli endotoxin to replicate internal fever due to Yin deficiency rabbit animal model,measuring temperature before and after administration.The results show that:Compared with the model group,nbutanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group have a significant antipyretic effect(P<0.05),the material basises are nbutanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group.2.Anti-inflammatory effects research.We use inflammatory model in vitro LPS-induced RAW264.7 mononuclear macrophage study the impact of the chemical subdivision of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma on release of inflammatory mediator NO.Compared with the model group,the high dose of Water-decocted,n-butanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group had a significant reduce(P<0.01),The low dose of this three group had less significant reduce(P<0.05),dependenting the dose.The results showed that:nbutanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group play vitro anti-inflammatory effects.3.Immunoregulation effects research.Using IV hypersensitivity model.ConA(LPS)-induced lymphocyte proliferation in vitro to investigate effect on,determination of serum hemolysin(IgM),Macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mice phagocytosis chicken erythrocyte,investigate the influence of the chemical subdivision on immune function.The results showed that:Anemarrhenae Rhizoma nbutanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group against cellular immunity,humoral immunity and nonspecific immune inhibition in varying degrees,but ethyl acetate fraction group had a humoral immune enhanment effects.In summy.Anemarrhenae Rhizoma nbutanol fraction group and polysacch aride fraction group all had antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and immuno-suppres sion effects,The effect of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma by cellular immunity,hu moral immunity and nonspecific immunity of three ways.The bitter of Anema rrhenae Rhizoma related to antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,Immunosuppression,a nd N-butanol fraction group and polysaccharide fraction group both had antipy retie,anti-inflammatory and Immunosuppression effects,which were Anemarrhe nae Rhizoma material foundation for bitter,ethyl acetate fraction group had a humoral immune enhancment effects,presumably which were Anemarrhenae Rhizoma material foundation for sweet.
