| Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of modified WuJia Bolus on menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and to provide a basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Patients from August 2015 to August 2016 in Heilongjiang Province professor Wang Xiaoying outpatient gynecological hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine into the standard,a total of 52 patients with modified WuJia Bolus were treated by.During the course of the visit,2 patients were eliminated and 50 cases were finished.Usage: Decoction of Chinese herbal medicine,1 daily,morning and evening,2times warm-taken decoction.The course of treatment was 1 months,and the difference of TCM symptoms and experimental indexes between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:(1)Before and after treatment of clinical curative effect,the symptoms disappeared rate was 16%,the effective rate was 40%,efficiency was 42%,the total efficiency of 98%;(2)After treatment compared with before treatment in TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes improved significantly,there was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Modified WuJia Bolus can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the Kupperman score,reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,and reduce the individual symptom score.2.Modified WuJia Bolus can elevate the blood E2 level and decrease the blood FSH and LH levels in menopausal patients with liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome. |
