Objective:To investigate the relationship between DNA hydroxymethylation and SLE by detecting the level of DNA methylation in Peripheral blood mononuclear cells ofpatients with SLE by ELISA.To explore the relationship between hydroxymethylation and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)And the relationship between clinical Phenotype,the overall content of hydroxymethylation and the correlation between clinical Phenotypes indicate that it may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE as an important epigenetic modification,promising to provide new treatment for SLE the idea and the pathogenesis of SLE to provide innovative insights.Methods:In this study,the levels of DNA 5-hmC in 95 patients with SLE and 77 healthy controls were measured by ELISA,and the difference between them was analyzed.The relationship between DNA hydroxymethylation and SLE was analyzed.At the same time,the correlation between the 5-hmC level in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and the clinical phenotype of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was statistically analyzed,and the 5-hmC was summed up.Regulation of epigenetic modification,which led to the occurrence of systemic lupus erythematosus.Conclusion:1)SLE patients and normal control group 5-hmC between the peripheral blood there was a significant difference,indicating that SLE peripheral blood 5-hmC may be changed,may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.2)SLE patients with peripheral blood 5-hmC content and SLE disease severity was negatively correlated,or can be used as SLE activity markers.3)SLE patients with 5-hmC levels were associat,for further evaluation of SLE patients with the disease to provide some reference,which also requires a lot of follow-up experiments to verify.4)The decrease in 5-hmC levels is associated with the occurrence of lupus nephritis,so the detection of 5-hmC levels or may be beneficial early detection of lupus nephritis.
