| Objective:By comparing with lung disease in neonates and normal neonates with two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging characteristics of elasticity,then the image of two-dimensional ultrasound compare with X-Ray,the ultrasound elasticity imaging compare with the normal neonates.to explore the application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of neonatal lung disease,and contrast the value of ultrasound and chest radiography in the diagnosis of lung disease.Methods:41 cases collected from 2016.09-2017.02 in our hospital who diagnosised of pneumonia,wet lung,neonatal RDS,neonatal asphyxia,intrauterine distress lung disease,Usel.two-dimensional ultrasound,2.color doppler ultrasound 3.ultrasound elasticity imaging analysis this patients.campare the clinical diagnosis to ultrasound result,and through newborn pathological changes of lung tissue and normal lung tissue elasticity value contrast effects to detect lung lesions of lung.The chest radiograph of the same patient was compared with the final clinical diagnosis,and the consistency of ultrasound and chest radiography in the diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary diseases was comparedResults:1.2d ultrasound can clearly show the newborn’s lung diseases,in neonatal pulmonary disease diagnosis and the judgment of general situation,there are great supporting role.2.The elasticity values of lung tissue in diseased neonatal lung and normal neonatal lung tissue were measured by ultrasonic elastography,Compared with the statistical test,it shows that the ultrasound elastography is of certain diagnostic value in neonatal pulmonary diseases.3.Combined with clinical diagnosis,the sonographic findings of children were compared with the chest X-ray of children,and the correlation between chest radiography and ultrasound and the diagnosis of clinical results was analyzed.Conclusion:Pulmonary elastography can clearly demonstrate the pulmonary lesions of the newborn,and to play an important role in the diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary lesions,the application of ultrasound elastography in neonatal pulmonary lesions point to a certain extent,improve the rate of diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary disease,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. |
