| Objective:To collect and isolate the 68 strains of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa,and their clinical prevalence and distribution were recorded.Study on the resistance of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine commonly used to 68 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.To study the antibacterial action on Pseudomonas Aeruginosa,traditional chinese medicine combined with western one.To study and analysis the drug resistance in MDR Pseudomonas aeruginosa of beta-lactamase.Study preliminarily on Effect of chinese preparations on β-lactamase producing Pseudomonas aeruginos.Methods:The susceptibility testing of 68 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was performed with agar dilution test.And 10 kinds of commonly used antibiotics and 5 kinds of proprietary chinese medicines Shuanghuanglian Injection,Reduning Injection,Xiyanping Injection,Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid and Jinzhen Oral Liquid against to clinic isolated of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa from the our hospital were studied.The fractional inhibitory concentration index was calculated with microdilution checkerboard method,about ceftazidime and Shuanghuanglian injection,Reduning Injection,Xiyanping Injection.Theβ-lactamases of the strains was screened by Nitrocefin.A modified threedimen-sional test and PCR were performed to detect strains of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa which producedβ-lacta-mases.Results:The 68 strains of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa were mainly separated from the Department of Respiratory Medicine and ICU Department,each with 17.65%;50 strains of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa were isolated from sputum,accounting for 73.53%.The resistance rates of gentamicin,cefoperazone/sulbactam and amikacin were relatively low,namely 19.12%(13/68),19.12%(13/68)and 5.88%(4/68).The resistance rates of other antibacterials are between 22.06%and 67.65%.And the rate of sensitive for Shuanghuanglian injection and Reduning injection of 1/2 concentration is rather than 75 percent.The effect of antibiotics combination of ceftazidime and Reduning Injection was 11.76%additive and 58.82%independent action,while 10.29%was synergistic effect and 8.82%was antagonistic effect.The effect of antibiotics combination of ceftazidime and Shuanghuanglian Injection was 20.59%additive and 36.76%independent action,while 11.76%was synergistic effect and 16.18%was antagonistic effect.There was no need for us to combine Ceftazidime with Xiyanping injection.There were 3 strains producing AmpC enzyme,accounted for 12%;20 strains were ESBLs enzyme,accounting for more than 80%;3 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa appeared that Shuanghuanglian injection may inhibit beta-lactamase.PCR results showed that 7 strains producing were positive for TEM gene,2 strains producing were positive for SHV gene,the rest of resistance gene was not detected.Conclusions:Pseudomonas Aeruginosa is sensitive to gentamicin,cefoperazone/sulbactam and amikacin.Sensitive situations of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa was different while concentrations of Shuanghuanglian injection,Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid,Jinzhen Oral Liquid and reduning injection were different.Xiyanping Injection has no antibacterial effect in vitro.Ceftazidime and Shuanghuanglian injection,Reduning injection combined,collaborative against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is weak to ceftazidime alone.Shuanghuanglian injection may play antibacterial effect by inhibiting beta-lactamase.In the clinical course of treatment,clinicians shoud accord to the drug sensitivity test to improve the rational use of drugs,and chinese medicine can be used to enhance the effectiveness of antimicrobial therapy. |
