In recent years, medical industry has developed rapidly in China.Under the impetus of the Internet technology, the research and application of "Internet + medical" is becoming more and more widely.The emergence of wise medical and the popularity of mobile devices bring a massive growth of health data. Under the environment of "big data +", people naturally began to study how to apply the data mining technology to the medical data analysis. In the theoretical study and the real application scenario of the medical data mining technology, how to let the user subjective participation in the process of data mining in real time, which has given rise to the combination of visualization technology and data mining technology, and produced the theory of visual data mining . Visual data mining can make full use of the human visual system,mining to guide the user analysis, and in the form of intuitive dig up the hidden data information in order to better support the user decisions.This article discusses theories and techniques of medical data mining and visualization, on this basis, combined with the database management system of China clinical study sample, established a data mining and visualization prototype system of grass-roots officers and soldiers. Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of visual technology, and decision tree method. Then it set up the sleep disorders decision model based on the C4.5 algorithm, which described how using C4.5 decision trees algorithm to predict whether soldiers have sleep disorders. This paper can realize the interactive dynamic data visualization based on mixed visualization technology and deal with health data. Finally this paper implemented a prototype system of visual data mining, which can realize data upload, data pre-processing, the model prediction based on decision tree C4.5 algorithm, dynamic interactive visualization of medical data, visualization of mining models and other functions. This paper also established the evaluation methods of prediction model, preliminary met the requirements for analysis of sleep disorders data, and provided aid for related to health care personnel to do diagnosis and treatment decisions.This has important significance for clinical medical research.
