Meta Analysis Of Small Splint External Fixation And Plaster External Fixation For The Treatment Of Distal Radius Fractures

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of small splint external fixation and plaster external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures by Meta analysis.Methods: Through the network to find Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database,Chinese science and Technology Journal Full-text Database(VIP),Chinese biomedical database(CBM),manual search of relevant journals and magazines,all collected the relevant literatures of external fixation of small splint and plaster external fixation treatment of distal radius fractures.Then according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select the research literature,the data were extracted,and then the data were input into Review Manager 5.3 software for data analysis.Results: A total of 19 sets of data that met the criteria were included.The results of Meta analysis showed that the clinical effect of small splint external fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures was better than that of plaster external fixation.Conclusion: small splint external fixation is better than plaster external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
