The Clinical Study Of Sheng Qing Yi Shen Tong Iin Tang In Treating Elderly Female Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Urinary Tract Infection

Objective:This PaPer discusses the clinical safety and effect of sheng-qing-yi-shen-tong-lin-tang that treatment Evil of sPleen and kidney deficiency of El derly female diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods:Elderly women with diabetes and urinary tract infections shoud b e Divided into two grouPs,such as the treatment grouP(cases of thirty,heng-q ing-yi-shen-tong-lin-tang)and the control grouP(cases of thirty,yin-hua-mi-yan-ling).The treatment grouP was given oral heng-qing-yi-shen-tong-lin-tang,the c ontrol grouP was given yin-hua-mi-yan-ling.Treatment course of both grouP wa s 4 weeks.Clinical symptoms and signs,Urine leukocyte,bacterial count,symPto m score of Traditional Chinese Medicine were recorded and analyzed.Results:After the treatment,all the symPtoms were improved significantly in both grouPs,comPared with the scores before treatment(P<0.05).The result of the treatment grouP’s clinical total effective rate of the treatment grouP,Uri ne leukocyte,bacterial count,symPtom score of Traditional Chinese Medicine is significantly better than that of the control grouP’s(P<0.05).The treatment group’s imProvement of every single symPtom is significantly better than that of the control grouP’s.Conclusion:sheng-qing-yi-shen-tong-lin-tang,based on the method of Invi gorating sPleen and kidney to go out,has significant theraPeutic effect for Eld erly women with diabetes and urinary tract infections,and obviously Reduce ur inary albumin excretion and bacterial count,at the same time can reduce the b lood sugar.So it can treate both symptoms and root causes.
