| Research purpose: to observe the jin fuan soup combined western medicine suit the support treatment compared with pure western suit the support treatment,clinical symptoms in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,immune function,quality of survival,and the influence of adverse reactions,clinical traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine to suit the support to provide clinical basis for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: selection of binzhou city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine oncology in October 2013 to October 2015 were accord with standard of diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,a total of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases;Control group patients to fight infection,pain,blood transfusion,reduce phlegm,uct,amino acids and other support and symptomatic treatment,the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of fu-an jin oral Chinese medicine soup treatment,a course of 4 weeks,a total of treatment of two period of treatment;Compare two groups of clinical symptoms,immune function and quality of life change and incidence of adverse reactions.Results: 60 patients were included in this study accord with a standard cases,control group and observation group of 30 cases respectively.Test before the start of two groups of patients with gender,age,clinical stage,clinical pathology,Karnofsky score,carcinoembryonic antigen and other general information and symptom integral,immune function and so on no statistical difference(P > 0.05),comparable.(1)symptoms integral to improve the situation: the two groups after treatment symptoms integral are reduced,the observation group significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Compared the control group before and after treatment,fatigue,cough symptoms integral reduced obviously,with statistical difference(P < 0.05),shortness of breath,chest pain,fever,blood in phlegm symptoms integral change no statistical difference(P > 0.05);Observation group compared before and after treatment,the symptoms score were significantly lower,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(2)the TCM symptoms curative effect comparison: control group in remission rate was 43.3%,the observation group of remission rate was 70.0%,the TCM symptoms curative effect of observation group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference statistically difference(P < 0.05).(3)improve the immune function: after 2 courses of treatment,the observation group of CD3 + and CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 + and NK immune function indicators higher than the control group obviously,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);CD3 + CD8 + index significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(4)improve quality of life: Karnofsky score after treatment in both groups was increased,both Karnofsky score observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P < 0.05);Observation group Karnofsky score increase at a rate of 60.0%,the control group was 23.3%,with significant difference(P < 0.05).(5)reactions occur: after 2 courses of treatment,control group 23.3% of the incidence of adverse reactions,observation group is 10.0%,both comparisons no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Research conclusion: oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth jin fu an soup auxiliary medicine support therapy can effectively improve phlegmy wet pixu(spleen deficient)with advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with clinical symptoms and improve patients’ immune function,improving the quality of survival,and no obvious adverse reaction,thus worthy of further promotion and use. |
