TCM Drugs Regularity Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve By Analysis And Research

Objective:By retrieving nearly 16 years on Decreased Ovarian Reserve function(Diminished Ovarian Reserve,DOR)of Clinical research literature of Chinese Medicine.Analysis and sum up and summarize the syndrome differentiation and prescription medication in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:To collect the clinical research literature of Chinese medicine for DOR from 09 months to 2000 December 2016,and establish the database of syndrome types and prescriptions respectively.Based on the method of statistics and the "TCM inheritance system(V2.5)software,modern prescriptions for the treatment of DOR was studied from the meridian,syndrome type,high-frequency drugs,drugs commonly used in combination,core combination and cluster analysis of the new prescription prescription law DOR..Results:In this study,a total of 68 articles met the inclusion criteria were screened from more than 500 documents collected,including 2361 cases,a total of 95 prescriptions,involving 116 herbs,and the total number of drugs used was 1051 times.Statistical results: 1.the main syndromes are deficiency of kidney essence(36.89%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(16.22%),kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(15.8%),liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(13.6%).2.The statistical results of drugs: tonic medicine topped the frequency of 634 times(60.32%);followed by blood stasis,frequency of 135 times(12.84%).The frequency of the drug: 5 Chinese medicinal herbs of Angelica 68 times(6.47%),66(6.28%)Shudihuang,Tusizi 62 times(5.9%),46(4.38%),white dogwood 42 times(4%);the drug Meridian: up to 3 for the drugs belonging to kidney 743(28.5%)and liver(27.66%),spleen by 402 times(15.42%).Drug analysis based on Association Rules: 49 commonly used drug combinations were obtained,the most frequent combinations were Radix Rehmanniae and Angelica sinensis 51 times,followed by Radix Rehmanniae and Cuscuta chinensis 46 times.3.new clustering prescription:Based on the new rule analysis of software entropy method of TCM inheritance support system(V2.5),we get 4 new prescriptions for DOR treatment,which provides new ideas for the treatment of DOR.Conclusion:1.In the drug treatment of DOR,with the tonic medicine,followed by blood stasis,kidney meridian,liver meridian,multi homing,distribution and pathogenesis of syndrome.In order to prove the disease,the pathogenesis of the disease is divided into deficiency and excess,the kidney deficiency is the basis of the disease,and the treatment is mainly based on tonifying the liver and kidney and nourishing the blood.2.cluster analysis of new prescriptions: through clustering,the efficacy of new prescriptions to complement liver and kidney,Qi and blood circulation based,for the treatment of DOR provides a new way of thinking,clinical can be dialectical addition and subtraction.
