Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and influencing factors of 131I treated patients with differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma(DTMC).Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 95 patients with DTMC who were treated with 131I in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from to 2011-2015.All patients were followed up for more than 6 months.Radioiodine whole body scanning,Tg,TgAb,ultrasonography,CT and other imaging examinations were used to evaluate the efficacy of 131I treatment.Ten factors included gender, age, thyroid surgery, surgery and 131I treatment interval, lymph node dissection, tumor pathological type, primary tumor diameter, the number of primary tumorcervical lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis that may affect the efficacy of 131I treatment were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results: The total effective rate of 131I in the treatment of differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma was 80%(76/95),the cure rate was(38/95),and the improvement rate was 40%(38/95).The effective rate was 19/95.Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma postoperative efficacy and age, patients with neck lymph node dissection, tumor pathological type and distant metastasis were significantly correlated(P < 0.05),but sex, thyroid surgery, first 131I treatment and operativeinterval, lymph node dissection, the original tumor diameter, number of primary tumor and cervical lymph node metastases. The correlation was not significant(P >0.05).The related factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the efficacy of 131I in the treatment of patients with differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma were tumor pathological type(P=0.00004)and distant metastasis(P=0.041).Conclusion: The curative effect of differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma patients received 131I treatment, pathological type and distant metastasis is the factors affecting the efficacy of 131I treatment, timely adjust the treatment plan according to the above factors in the treatment process,in order to improve the cure rate of patients with differentiated thyroid microcarcinoma.
